Second Circuit Upholds New York Gas Bans; Circuit Split May Set Stage for Supreme Court Review

Mike Fazio, Executive Director of the New York State Builders Association, states the news that “the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit has affirmed the lower court decisions upholding New York City’s and New York State’s natural gas restrictions on new construction.”
